Thomas’ formal education includes the Ph.D. in clinical and organizational psychology and post doctorate work in pragmatic linguistics. His most useful education is the result of coaching over 2,000 executives managers and professional people to produce leadership results that measurably contribute to their corporations, the accomplishment of the people they lead, and the leaders’ personal success.
