The Courage to Lead Movie shows you how leadership conversations happen in real life.

The film shows you how poorly done leadership conversations cause many of the problems we have at work. You will also see these same conversations upgraded and the powerful difference made in self-esteem, trust and accomplishing results.

The movie does not use actors. Real executives and managers show you leadership conversations.

The people portraying leadership conversations are practicing managers and executives who volunteered their time and talent to make the film. They bring a level of honesty and reality to the film since they have both experienced and practiced the conversations you will see demonstrated.
